ROOTED is a dance film created for choreographer Amari Marshall in collaboration with Monsters of Hip Hop — a kinetic work rooted in movement, identity, and the language of hip hop dance.
MJ served as Director of Photography, Technical Director, and Editor, overseeing the visual language of the film from capture through final cut.
